8. Manipulation of Listenership Views and False Reviews

If a radio station is found attempting to manipulate listenership views, either 3/4 of total views will be removed, or the radio station will wait up to 2 years to be shown under the most listened/popular/trending section on our websites/apps.

If a radio station is found giving false reviews, the rating feature will be disabled for the radio station for 4 months, and false reviews will be automatically deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country], and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Country] for the resolution of any disputes.
